We are looking for an expert secondary maths teacher who wants to focus entirely on teaching the students who need their expertise the most. The successful applicant will not have a form group or run duties. Instead, they will work solely with groups of students who need to make the most progress, and use their expertise to achieve outcomes that will change children's lives.

Inspiration Trust is at an exciting point in its development. Twice ranked the country’s top comprehensive secondary schools group, we are investing significantly in our long-term curriculum development to ensure our students continue to have the very best support for the future.

As part of this strategy, we are seeking an expert and highly effective secondary maths specialist to work as part of our school improvement and curriculum team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing maths expert, with a proven track record in achieving exceptional maths outcomes to have a significant impact. This could be either a part time or full time post. We can be flexible for the right candidate. Experience of A Level maths is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will be integral to our school improvement strategy and will take on a teaching role as part of a wider maths team, teaching and leading high quality lessons, intervention and revision.

Our schools include many in areas of historic low attainment, trends we are committed to reversing. You will play a significant part in our mission to dramatically improve life chances for disadvantaged young people in Norfolk and north Suffolk.

There will be opportunities to play a part in our school-based Initial Teacher Training programme training the classroom leaders of the future, and to and contribute to our longer term curriculum development work, making this a very exciting role.

The Trust has a strong programme of professional development for its staff, with regular courses run by some of the best-known names in education.

The role will involve regular work at our schools across Norfolk and north Suffolk. The Trust may offer support with relocation costs for candidates moving from outside the area.

To apply for this role please complete the application form for teaching roles and the personal and recruitment monitoring form.

Closing date for applications is: Midday, October 22, 2018.
Interview date: week commencing October 29, 2018.
