Calderdale College is looking to recruit a new member of staff to work for our Admissions team. It’s an interesting role that includes giving advice and meeting potential students face-to-face. Consequently the successful candidate will be confident, approachable and have a can-do attitude
The role involves ensuring the applicant journey from application to ultimate enrolment is efficient, positive and makes a positive contribution towards applicant conversion (the number of applicants who subsequently accept the offers we make to them and enrol). On a day to day basis this role involves administrative and, advice work and working at customer facing events such as applicant days, open evenings and school visits. The post is predominantly desk based.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a customer facing role within a College. The person will be used to managing a heavy work load and working to targets and deadlines. Ideally educated to Level 3 or equivalent, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment.
