We are looking for experienced tutors with at least 4 years’ extensive experience in their chosen field to join us at this exciting time.

Each year approximately 500 young people choose to continue their studies with us either as a full-time student or apprentice, a further 200 choose to undertake a university-level qualification with us and around 100 adult students. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of the Health and Social Care or Early Years team that works within the Faculty of Caring Professions and also work alongside the Social Work, Midwifery and Child Development teams.
You will deliver and assess a variety of applied theoretical modules on the courses we deliver and any other college requirements.
You will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students. You will be expected to be organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude.
You will be educated to at least degree level and possess a relevant teaching qualification and have extensive experience of teaching at levels 1 - 3.
You must also have extensive vocational experience working with a Health and Social Care or Early Years provider. The role will require you to embed and work to the college’s values; working with Integrity, having Ambition to help our learners succeed and being Inclusive to learners and colleagues alike.
