We are looking for a hardworking and dynamic Sixth Form Student Welfare and Attendance Officer to support the Sixth Form Management team, offering pastoral care to students and contributing to raising attainment through a robust but caring support system.
What we are looking for:
Level 3 Qualifications, with five GCSEs at A*-C (including English and Mathematics)
Previous experience in working in schools
High quality ICT, organisational and administrative skills, with strong attentional details
The ability to quickly gain and maintain credibility and rapport with managers and staff across the school
Good telephone manner and presentation of professional image
Good interpersonal skills, with a warm, efficient and hospitable manner to all and excellent listening and communication skills, offering sensitivity in complex situations
