Additional Learning Support Manager
£28,723-£30,426 pro-rata per annum
37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Services Team here at Strode College.
This position will suit an existing manager or team leader who is looking to broaden their experience within an Outstanding College.
This new role within the Additional Learning Support department will play a key part in ensuring that students with additional support needs have every opportunity to thrive and achieve. You will be leading a passionate, knowledgeable and committed team in an environment where student success really is at the heart of what we do.
As an experienced and committed leader and practitioner, you will have an excellent understanding of a broad range of support needs and be able to work with students, parents and colleagues to ensure the right support is in place and students are making exceptional progress. You will also have an excellent grasp of Additional Learning Support Funding and be able to build productive, professional relationships with internal and external partners in order to get the best outcomes for our students.
