Hours: 18.5 hours per week (term time only, 36 weeks)
Salary: £6,339.93 per annum (based on 18.5 hours per week, term time)

The successful postholder will support the Additional Learning Support Coordinator in offering the right support for young people with additional needs to be successful in their chosen course.
You will be committed and motivated by the shared values of the College and will have recent and successful experience of working with learners aged from a diverse age range and recent and successful experience of working with people with a range of disabilities and learning needs.
You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of people at all levels. The post-holder will need to be well organised and possess good time management skills and problem solving skills, whilst having the ability to work on your own initiative.
