Calderdale College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our Industry Placement Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining working partnerships with employers and organisations, to locate and secure work placement settings and support the placement assessments and conduct reviews with learners throughout their placements. The role also involves supporting and working alongside curriculum teams in managing and supporting their cohort of learners on Placements.
The successful applicant will be a talented, creative and self-motivated person to enhance the Industry Placement Team. You will need to be an excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to share the benefits of apprenticeships. You will be target driven, show enthusiasm for Customer Service and be confident in communicating with a varied audience. You should have a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team, but be accountable to achieving your own targets. The successful applicant should also have the ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively.
