The Director of Commercial, Marketing and Events is to be responsible for securing new viable business, by actively taking our college and commercial offers to new customers, markets, relationships and networks. By identifying new opportunities, the role will drive and secure growth, increase commercial income and increase brand awareness, whilst developing and managing key clients and new customer relationships. The role includes creating and shaping our next marketing strategy and then delivering its targets by leading the marketing and events team as well as working with cross college managers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong demonstrable understanding of progressive approaches to marketing and corporate events. A thorough understanding of effective marketing strategies and growing corporate event commercial income. We are also looking for someone who is so passionate about what we do that they would have massive positive impact on social media for the college.
