Assessor (Hourly Paid) – Health & Social Care

Hours: Various – as and when

We have an exciting opportunity at Southend Adult Community College for an Assessor of Health & Social Care to join our Vocational team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced assessor who will ideally hold an assessor qualification (unqualified assessors will also be considered for this role but you must be willing to obtain the relevant qualification within 1 year).

You must have extensive experience of Health & Social Care along with occupational competence and experience in assessing in Health & Social Care qualifications, both for Vocational and Apprenticeship learners.

We offer excellent support, training and mentoring to all new members of staff.

This role will require an enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
