Lecturer - Mechanical Engineering
The School of Engineering at the Crosskeys Campus is looking for an enthusiastic person to deliver engineering courses from Level 1 up to HNC/HND Level.
The post would suit engineers from a range of backgrounds including Engineering Design, Maths, Engineering Science, Thermodynamics, Measurement and Inspection.
As a Lecturer in Engineering, you will be capable of delivering on a number of programmes ensuring that learners receive a high quality learning experience. Duties will include the delivery and assessment of all practical and theoretical units on various courses up to HND Level. You will be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of student progress, both in the workshop and the classroom. Applicants must hold a minimum qualification of HNC/D.
You will be expected to teach a maximum of 24 hours per week out of a 37 hour a week contract and this may include evenings.
