An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Kent College for an individual with relevant industry experience and trade qualifications to join the Construction & Engineering department as a Trainee Lecturer.
The role will involve teaching, supporting, assessing and offering guidance to learners enrolled on a range of Plumbing & Building Services programmes.
The College is keen to attract individuals with relevant industry experience / trade qualifications. The successful candidate does not need previous experience of teaching; through funding for “SET for Teaching Success” provided by the Education and Training Foundation, the College can offer you an opportunity to obtain a full teaching qualification (Diploma in Education and Training Level 5 or above, as appropriate).
Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy, and a passion for passing their knowledge on.
