The College aims to become one of the UK’s leading Further Education Colleges, and is now seeking a new Curriculum Manager to leads its vibrant Engineering department.

As Curriculum Manager, you will need to have skills in strategic planning, change management, creating high functioning teams and stakeholder engagement. You will be driven and focussed, with a real enthusiasm to make an impact within the area. You will also be up to date with, and able to react to, recent changes within the FE environment such as the skills plan, T Levels, and apprenticeship reforms.

The ideal candidate will have an up to date understanding on what is required to keep the Group’s engineering provision current for the future generation of engineers. There is a huge engineering base in RNN Groups patch with new developments by McLaren and the continued development of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre and Advanced Manufacturing Park and this means RNN Group needs to keep ahead of the “engineering curve”.

With an income of over £45m each year, the RNN Group includes three colleges of career focused further and higher education, a brand new university centre and three training organisations. They educate school leavers, undergraduates, employees and those re-joining the workforce. In total they employ or engage over 1,300 staff to educate and train over 15,000 people each year, including over 3,000 apprentices.
