Programme Leader in Sport

Salary: Up to £39,037

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Leader in Sport with a demonstrable record of outstanding student achievement, to drive our continued success in providing a high quality teaching and learning experience and our passion for ensuring student success.

As an ambitious Programme Leader, you will accurately assess and monitor student work to assure high achievement and progression as an assessor or in a moderator or IV capacity and ensure that the subject contributes fully towards the excellent achievement and retention rates and the sustained growth of the Division.

As a Lecturer you will teach, relevant to subject specialism, up to 832 hours per year.

With a PGCE or Certificate in Education and a degree in a related subject, you will also possess the knowledge of current Sport/Sport Science specifications, including Nutrition, Physiology and/or Sport Psychology. You should have the ability to display excellent teaching skills including delivering Higher Education.
