Salary: Up to £19,320

We are currently recruiting for an Information, Advice and Guidance Officer to provide an information, advice and guidance service to current and prospective students and employers, in person, via telephone, email and webchat.

You will provide a warm, welcoming, personal, proactive and professional customer focussed service and support the wider Student Services team and departmental activities. You will provide and support an outstanding student experience, advice and support service to all students studying at the college.

Educated to at least Level 3, ideally you will also possess an Advice and Guidance qualification (or be prepared to gain). You will have experience of working in a customer service driven environment with excellent organisation and planning skills. Experience of multi-agency liaison would be beneficial to the post, but is not essential.

The hours will range from 16-24 hours a week and will include regular weekend cover. A flexible approach to the working hours is required, in line with the needs of the College and the demands of the service will be required from time to time.

Download the application form below and give a brief overview of your skills and experience, to show how you meet the criteria for the post of Information, Advice and Guidance Officer (evenings and weekends).
