We have Skills Coach opportunities in Pensions Administration and we are seeking new talent to join our existing apprenticeship team.
Working with some of the largest employers in the sector, you will proactively support a caseload of learners to achieve and progress within their career and Apprenticeship in the Pensions sector.
THE ROLE includes
Coach and Mentor apprentices in the workplace
Support remote & face to face teaching & learning
Proactively engage and mentor employers/managers
Manage your own diary
Essential skills required
Strong communication & IT skills
Highly organised, able to utilise own initiative
Relevant Pension qualification
TAQA qualified or assessor qualification
Coach & mentoring skills

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
