We are currently looking for Examinations Invigilators to add to our pool to cover our busy examination periods in January, February, July and August. This is an important role which supports our inhouse Examinations Team in ensuring the smooth running and integrity of all examinations.
You will be required to prepare the examination room and assist candidates prior to the examinations starting by recording attendance, showing them to the correct seat. You will also be required to ensure that the examination takes place within the guidelines set out by UCEM and that the correct procedure is followed in relation to managing misconduct within any examination. You will need to distribute and collect material during examinations which may include exam papers and answer booklets.
