Curriculum Manager - Construction and Plumbing - Tamworth Campus
A new opportunity has arisen within the College for a Curriculum Manager to lead and inspire the Construction and Plumbing teams to build, grow and deliver a responsive curriculum to learners on Study Programmes and Apprenticeships as well as providing an adult skills offer for the Sector.
In addition to having day to day management of the area you will motivate your team to deliver an outstanding learning experience and drive quality improvements that will lead to high levels of learner retention, achievement and success.
Management experience, at this level is essential ias is being able to demonstrate current knowledge of the industry and outstanding delivery of learning, with a proven ability to inspire and develop colleagues to achieve such standards.
