We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Executive team within Heart of Worcestershire College.
The purpose of this position is to enhance the standards, performance across all cohorts and provision including FE, HE, Community, work-based learning and employee engagement.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing and leading staff within a complex FE College, effective performance management for quality improvement and knowledge of standards in FE and HE education.
