Intro

This role requires you provide effective high level administration support to the delivery and quality areas of the business

Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

 Conduct Awarding Organisation and Exam Board learner registrations within guidelines for all provisions
 Monitor, update and distribute PPED data as per agreed deadlines
 Claiming learner certificates with Awarding Organisations , where required
 Reconcile Monthly Awarding Organisation Invoices
 Schedule online and paper based exam entries and log/distribute results.
 Plan the invigilation of examinations in line with exam board requirements
 Act as an invigilator as required
 Oversee the storage, security and distribution of exam papers as per Awarding Organisation guidelines
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date data relating to examination entries and results on the main MIS database
 Administrate quality results and findings as required
 Provide support for EQA visits as required by Moderators or Quality Manager
 Logging of all moderation activity
 Keep an updated list of approved qualifications, and direct claims updates
 Record all External Quality Assurance visits and reports
 Link learners to the business for SIA applications as required
 Liaise with the Awarding Organisations as directed
 Provide coverage of tasks for other members of the team as required
 Undertake such duties as may be required corresponding with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line manager
 Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

 Comply with the Safeguarding , Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times and report any concerns following organisations process
 Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy
