As the Employer Retention Officer, you will be passionate about providing outstanding customer care to our employers.
Along with re-engaging and ensuring existing clients remain to be engaged by offering them our new products and ensuring they have received exemplar customer services, you will also be a Business to Business sales representative, contacting new companies to promote Learning Curve Group products.

* Re-engage employers who have not bought from LCG for a set period of time
* Work though and provide appropriate solutions to employers to re-engage
* Provide data that is accurate and measurable on re-engagement
* Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with timely an in line with LCG timelines
* Ensure that all correspondence to customers is professional and provides a positive image of LCG
* Marketing qualifications to prospect leads
* Following up on enquiries from marketing
* Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects as well as existing clients
* Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
* Account manage existing customers
* Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate
