If you are a keen, highly organised and experienced administrator with minute-taking/committee skills, we want to hear from you. You will be at the heart of our academic team, primarily providing comprehensive and proactive support to the Deliberative Committees and subcommittees, as well as supporting members of the academic team with varied administration tasks.

You will have your own areas of responsibility and much of your work will involve deadlines. You must be confident and comfortable working at this level, as well as being flexible and adaptable to change priorities as needed. You will undertake regular typing, maintain online filing systems, book travel, and schedule lots of meetings – all of which require high levels of communication and IT skills (MS Office and ideally SharePoint). The team you will join is well-respected and is very much part of helping UCEM to achieve operational and academic excellence.
