Salary £40,310 - £45,348 per annum
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Manager to enable the College to provide the best possible learning and working environment for our learners and staff.
The appointed person will be a proven contract and project manager and be either IOSH/NEBOSH qualified and have previous experience of managing public buildings.
This role demands a proactive approach to maintain our Estate and to support all strategic plans for Facilities and Building Maintenance within the College.
The successful candidate must have strong team management skills as well as excellent communication skills.
Although not essential, it will be advantageous for candidates to have experience of working in a FE College or within the Education Sector.
