We are seeking to appoint an experienced school leader or education adviser with a proven track record in helping schools to deliver high standards and positive outcomes for all children in their care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team at an exciting time in Church school education. This is a high profile role focused on providing challenge and support for our 85 Church of England schools and academies that belong to the family of Church schools in Guildford Diocese.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Director of Education and the Diocesan Board of Education in shaping education provision and achievement across three local authorities in a new and exciting education era for the Church of England.
We aim to build a self-diagnosing, self-improving and self-sustaining system of education among our Church of England schools. This will be achieved by the provision of outstanding services for teaching, learning, leadership and other support from the diocesan education team of which you will be a key member.
