Learning Support Assistant (Primary) - Chobham Academy
We are looking for inspiring and talented learning support assistants to work with high needs pupils across a range of year groups. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional looking to start, or continue their career in a rewarding new role.

Working closely with the class teachers and SENDCo in a supportive role, you will be committed to the highest achievement for all. You will be enthusiastic, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and want the very best for our students.
Applicants with NVQ Teaching Level 2/3 qualifications are most welcome. This position would also suit graduates looking to gain experience in a school prior to a PGCE/GTP.
The successful applicant will:
Be able to support the class teacher to ensure children make excellent progress;
Have high expectations and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child;
Have experience with adapting learning to meet the specific needs of SEN pupils;
Be confident to lead on targeted intervention as part of a child’s support plan;
Have a positive outlook and focus on progress and achievements;

Be committed to working in partnership with teachers, parents and the community;
Be a committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively;
