The Deputy Managing Director is crucial to our growth and diversification; they will regularly deputise for the Group MD to whom the role reports directly. The remit includes product development, apprentice end-point assessment, business development and quality assurance across all services. The Deputy will be the Responsible Officer who ensures all services meet regulatory and funding standards. There is a key focus on Health/Science/NHS for this post.

They will be entrepreneurial and dynamic with a superb and extensive knowledge of Further Education and Awarding, demonstrating substantive experience at senior level. A degree or equivalent and evidence of further personal development is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to grow the business and reputation of NOCN. We want someone with energy and initiative to represent NOCN alongside peers, Government leaders and Education experts with ease.
