We are looking for an ambitious graduate from the field of Science, who are looking to share their skills and knowledge by embarking on a rewarding career teaching in Further Education.
The successful candidate does not need previous experience of teaching, and through funding for “SET for Teaching Success” provided by the Education and Training Foundation, we can offer you an opportunity to obtain a full Teaching Qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or higher) that will be undertaken here at the College. While learning these teaching skills you will develop and practice them under supervision, via team teaching, and you will also carry out a range of teaching support activities to assist both students and Lecturing staff.
