Curriculum Manager - Foundation Studies

Salary: £35,640 - £38,199 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, permanent

Location: Bridgwater Campus, TA6 4PZ

Bridgwater & Taunton College are looking to appoint an outstanding Curriculum Manager in Foundation Studies at our Bridgwater Campus in Somerset.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and develop the curriculum delivery team for the College’s Foundation Studies provision and learning resources, and utilise quality processes effectively to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress towards timely success. This includes developing an exciting and inclusive curriculum to engage this particular cohort of learners and to ensure a cohesive approach throughout the teaching and support team.

This role would be suitable to those who hold a relevant professional/vocational qualification, or a degree, as well as a teaching qualification. You will have a clear understanding of the needs of learners with a wide range of additional learning needs including Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and mild to moderate learning disabilities, together with a good understanding of how these may be met.
