The successful applicant will have occupational and assessing experience at Level 3 or above in your sector, an understanding of the apprenticeship framework and the ability to deliver all aspects. Experience of teaching in a classroom environment is desirable.

Applicants must be trained to a Level 3 or above in Veterinary Nursing. An A1 or equivalent Assessors award is essential and a Cert Ed or DTTLS in specified vocational sector is desirable.

For the optional Internal Verifier part of the role, we will require a V1 or Level 4 IQA.

Good communication skills, the ability to work as a team and to use your own initiative will be essential to your success as well as a clean driving licence and willingness to travel as you will be frequently off site.

We are ideally looking for an Assessor and IV, but will accept applications for the Assessor role as full training can be provided.
