The Supported Learning Department is looking for a Support Manager to lead and manage staff, providing effective and efficient organisation and management of the support or learners. The Support Manager will set high expectations for learners and staff; develop outstanding provision ensuring that all learners within their area of responsibility have an excellent quality learning experience.
Support Manager is responsible for teams providing other services to students including in-class learning support, out of class support, job coaching and clinical services.
The Support Manager will be expected to have qualifications and experience required for to a leading role in the delivery of education for learners with Special Educational Needs.
