£60,017 – £65,587 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Chichester College Group is looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative leader to take the position of Assistant Principal Quality Improvement and PDBW strategy for its Chichester and Brinsbury Colleges. As the Assistant Principal, you will continue the outstanding journey and lead a number of curriculum clusters and have an overall responsibility to deliver outstanding PDBW to all learners. You will report to the Group Deputy Principal Quality and ensure the continuing development of the College's strategies relating to Quality improvement and PDBW (and other areas dependent on successful applicant) which leads to high levels of student achievement.
The Assistant Principal is also responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Directorate.
The post holder will be a member of the Senior Management Team and the College Management Team. The Assistant Principal will also serve on other appropriate College committees and represent the College at external bodies where appropriate.
