Information, Advice and Guidance Officer – National Careers Service
Salary: Up to £19,320
We are currently recruiting for an Information, Advice and Guidance Officer to provide operational delivery of the National Careers Service (NCS) contract and service to clients on an individual basis, with personalised action plans and appropriate follow up contact
As an ambitious Information, Advice and Guidance Officer, you will provide careers information, advice and guidance to the public to meet the specified group profiles and ensure compliance with NCS contract requirements by maintaining high quality and accurate, records.
With a Level 4 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification, you will ideally possess a level 6 Advice and Guidance qualification (or be prepared to gain). You will have experience of delivering careers information, advice and guidance and of working in a customer focussed environment. Experience of successful delivery of NCS Information, Advice and Guidance would be beneficial but not essential.
Initially, the contract will be for six months, however subject to successful delivery of the National Careers Service programme, the contract is likely to be extended for a further 24 months.
