As a School Liaison Officer, you will focus on building relationships with schools, and you will meet with key personnel to build upon current and develop new relationships. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunities to improve college recruitment to Post GCSE, Post A-Level courses and Apprenticeships. You will be working in collaboration with marketing and other areas in order to develop compelling resources, presentations and workshops to promote the college in schools.
You will need to attend recruitment events, assemblies and class meetings in schools to promote the college.
This will also involve manning stands at UCAS and other major events, organising work shadowing, taster events and other activities to showcase the College.
The Student Recruitment and Marketing Directorship is key to both the recruitment of students and the provision of services to both internal and external stakeholders. We place great emphasis on building strong relationships and enhancing the College’s outstanding reputation.
The role involves some evening and potentially weekend work.
