An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the team of UCEM’s tutors. You will join the tutor team in helping to deliver apprenticeship programmes, modules and units sitting within the relevant faculty. You will work with apprenticeship programme leaders to promote and enhance student performance, retention and success through support activities which create motivation and engagement amongst the students.
You will have familiarity with apprenticeship requirements of the professional bodies and experience in delivering and/or supporting training and teaching in a face to face or online environment within the relevant subject areas. We are looking for someone who has an enthusiastic and motivated attitude and who is enthusiastic about working with a team of tutors to teach students and always ensuring the successful completion of their studies.
A first-degree and relevant professional qualification is essential however, a teaching qualification is desirable as support toward attaining such qualifications will be provided. Experience in teaching relevant subjects at HNC/HND level is also a desirable requirement for this role.
