Responsible for the research and design of training modules, you will liaise with internal and external parties to help you deliver training to our clients, ensuring that all training is in line with current requirements. In addition, you`ll prepare objectives and evaluate modules as well as plan relevant end of training tests to gauge the knowledge and skills acquired post training.
An excellent communicator, you`ll need good electrical installation qualifications with excellent presentation, communication and IT skills and be able to organise your own workload, acting on your own initiative.
A recognised training or teaching qualification is essential.
Although based from home, you will need to be willing to travel regularly throughout Oxford and the South West, therefore a full driving licence and use of a car is essential.
