Norfolk Community Learning Services (NCLS) is seeking to recruit a Curriculum Manager Independent Living Skills to drive forward the development and delivery of an innovative countywide programme of learning and supported employment opportunities. We are looking for someone who has significant experience in and who is passionate about developing the skills of adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, so as to enable them to be independent, to contribute in their community and to progress into and within employment. You will demonstrate your ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and partners. You will also manage the service’s MATCH team, who provide supported employment opportunities for clients with learning difficulties. You will use your expertise to contribute to the strategic development of the service.
