With an international reputation for the practical application of management education, we place real value in commercial collaboration, teaching innovation and nurturing entrepreneurship among our students. We have experts in a wide range of disciplines and embrace our vision of developing our students into highly employable, socially and environmentally responsible individuals. As one of our team, you’ll have unique opportunities to work with our extensive network of global education and exchange institutions, research collaborations and alumni communities.

This is an exciting new post based in the busy and growing Apprenticeships Unit – one of the first of its kind in a University. The Unit is charged with co-ordinating the promotion, recruitment, development and management of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships across the University. You will be working in a new and highly motivated, proactive team, closely allied to our business marketing unit, engaging with a wide range of employers and with colleagues from across the University.

As a client and programme manager for the Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship Programmes, you will:

Collaborate with programme leaders, academic colleagues and the Apprenticeships team to develop and deliver digital programmes that blend employer requirements, degree apprenticeship standards and teaching and learning best practice, to ensure that all outcomes align with programme, department and faculty need and the University’s Strategic Plan.

Work with Account Managers in the Apprenticeships team to sustain and develop relationships with employers to retain and increase the number and value of productive relationships with businesses and public sector organisations, in relation to digital degree and masters apprenticeships.

Manage and co-ordinate, with programme focused colleagues and the Apprenticeship Unit, the delivery of digital degree and masters degree apprenticeships including both academic and work based elements.

If you would like to join our people and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you.
