Job Coach – Redbridge Campus
£22,198 (pro rata)
Full Time (36 hours per week) – Term Time Only (39 Weeks)

We are looking to recruit a Job Coach to work with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities to enable them to pursue their ambitions in relation to gaining sustainable employment and to establish a progression route through studying on our Working Well into Work programme. The role will include building relationships with local employers to develop supported internships and work experience placements.

The successful post holder will:

• A strong commitment to giving young people with learning difficulties and disabilities the opportunity to work.
• Experience of working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities in a work setting.
• Experience of completing risk assessments and task analysis.
• Been trained in the process of Systematic Instruction or be willing to undertake training in Systematic Instruction.
• Qualifications at GCSE Grade C or L2 in English and Maths.
