Are you an experienced manager of Further education college front line, admissions and enrolment services?

We are looking for a dynamic, student-focused and very capable manager to lead the staff and processes that support students from their first point of contact, through the admissions process to their enrolment at our Redbridge campuses. You will co-ordinate the administration of student financial support, and also give leadership support to the personal development, behaviour and welfare team, which has responsibility for safeguarding, behaviour management and enrichment activities.

It is essential that you have up-to-date knowledge of further education admissions and enrolment processes, including course advice best practice, and the funding regulations for student fee assessment. With hands-on experience of organising successful recruitment and enrolment events, you will be unflappable and focused on the detail to make sure that enrolment is a well-planned, efficient and accurate process.

New City College is one of the largest and most dynamic college groups in the country, created by the mergers of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Redbridge colleges. You will be a key player in the Group Customer Services department, contributing to an excellent student experience across all our campuses. Primarily based at Chadwell Heath, you will need to travel to other college campuses and external venues as required. Some evening and weekend work will be required to support recruitment and promotional events.
