About the College
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the major providers of education and training in Yorkshire and Humberside. We are one of the largest providers of A Level and vocational programmes for 16 to 19 year olds in the region. We also deliver a range of Traineeships and Apprenticeships and work with over 1,000 employers, helping them to recruit apprentices and provide bespoke training for their employees. We also offer a range of Higher Education courses for full and part-time study as well as many Adult Learning opportunities.

About the Role
We are seeking someone to lead and develop our outstanding Hair, Beauty and Holistic Therapies teaching team.
You must be an excellent teacher, with a high degree of leadership skills and be able to inspire and deliver outstanding teaching practice throughout the division. You should also possess the ability to lead and motivate the team to continue to deliver outstanding outcomes for students.
You should have up to date knowledge of all the developments and issues relevant to the division, possess initiative, drive and be able to manage people, performance and resources effectively. You should also be able to develop the commercial income streams for the division and further develop the curriculum to cater for all students.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check.
