An opportunity has arisen within our small family of schools for an individual seeking a new challenge in their career.
As our data manager you will work with both internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for the effective use of data across our small family of schools. You will ensure that best use is made of data to support day to day operations within the trust, encouraging best practice in data management by developing robust and meaningful data collection strategies to ensure data integrity.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active individual who can work effectively with senior leaders to ensure that data is captured, analysed and acted on to make a difference to the lives of our young people. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills who can play a crucial role advising our leaders on the effective use of data; you will be required to actively participate in Senior Leadership meetings.
In return you will be helping to make a difference to the lives of our young people, supporting their education from the age of 3 – 16 surrounded by supportive colleagues. You can also expect a commitment to your own personal training and development, including extensive bespoke CPD, career development opportunities and internal mentoring/coaching.
Staff wellbeing is a key focus with all staff being provided access to Simply Health, on site nursery provision and access to our childcare voucher scheme (for staff joining the scheme before April 2018). We even provide an annual flu jab!
The role is 37 hours per week and offered on a term time + 20 days basis, (2 of these are inset days, which normally occur at the start of each academic year). The post holder will be required to work the other additional days during periods of school closure, which will be discussed with the successful candidate; flexibility is available with attendance during term time.
Salary range £29,323 to £32,486 pa FTE (actual salary £26,807 to £29,699 for term time + 20 days) dependant upon experience and proven track record in a similar role.
