VICE PRINCIPAL: CURRICULUM AND QUALITY
Salary up to £70k per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Boston College is a highly successful college that requires a dynamic, effective and inspirational leader to join the Senior Leadership Team. Our recent Ofsted inspection confirmed that we are “good” and our journey to outstanding is well on the way. The Vice Principal role will be critical in driving performance and ensuring we become an outstanding provider. As the strategic lead for curriculum, quality and learner services you will foster a student centric culture, keeping them at the heart of everything we do, whilst motivating staff to achieve our goals.
The financial health of the College is outstanding and there are over 8,500 enrolments of which 1,600 include full time 16-18 year olds. As an experienced highly skilled manager you will challenge and support managers to deliver an attractive and effective curriculum offer that leads to excellent learner outcomes for HE/FE learners and apprentices. You will need to demonstrate a track record of organisational performance improvement ensuring excellent teaching and learning.
