An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Secretary to join the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership’s (KCSP) senior executive team.

KCSP is one of the largest, single multi-academy trusts (MATs) in Kent, currently consisting of 24 academies; with plans to rise to 32.

Do you have the knowledge, expertise, enthusiasm and dedication to support the Board of Directors, Governors and Clerks to deliver outstanding education for children and young people in our diverse family of Catholic academies across Kent?

You will share a commitment to our Catholic ethos and be driven to ensure best governance practice at every level of our Trust, as well as provide administrative and company secretarial support to the Trust Directors and Executive Team.

This is a full-time post and your office will be based at Barham Court in Teston, Kent. You will have the opportunity to both work from the office base and go out and about visiting the Trust’s network of academies to provide direct advice, guidance and support. You will need to be flexible as some evening work will be required and have their own car to visit academies that make up KCSP, other schools and work-related venues, in and around Kent.

If you feel you have the necessary skills, energy and enthusiasm to fulfil this role then we would love to hear from you. For an informal discussion, please contact Clive Webster, Chief Executive of the Trust on 01622 232662.
