Work as part of the Exams team to deliver a high quality, responsive examination service to staff and students across the Hart Learning Group.


Salary: £14k – £17k part time

To take part in the collection, checking, inputting and submission of exam entries and registrations using in house management information systems and external awarding body systems, including any authorised access arrangements

To ensure timely processing of on demand exam bookings

To support the maintenance of the exams timetable to ensure accurate and timely information is available for staff and students at all times, including the allocation of invigilators and tracking costs

To ensure the maintenance and security of exams papers. Maintain current knowledge of the requirements of the various examination and accreditation bodies and ensure that internal procedures adhere to these.

To liaise with staff to disseminate information in relation to exams entries, fees, closing dates, timetables and achievements

To work independently across the College and Hart Learning Group to supervise the facilitation of exams to ensure they are fully compliant with awarding body and college regulations.

To contribute towards the achievement capture process and ensure results are appropriately recorded to enable accurate success data to be reported, including the tracking and distribution of exam certificates.

To support other areas of the College and Hart Learning Group as required.


The post holder should hold a level 2, or above in Numeracy and Literacy
