Joining us as a Assessor in AAT (0.5FTE) in the work based learning department. You will deliver training, assessment and quality assurance of the college’s work based learning programmes, in line with the college’s Apprenticeship Strategy towards the growth of high quality, employer focused provision that maximises the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.

You will liaise with tutors in order to prepare materials and equipment for staff and student use for both daytime and evening provision.

You will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners. Tameside College has an excellent reputation and this is a real opportunity for you to make a difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, D32), Knowledge of AAT related occupations and be conversant with CAA qualifications up to Level 3

You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
