As the Learning Support Assistant, you will provide cross-college support and assistant to students who have specific learning needs, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff to enable access to learning for students and to assist tutors in the management of students and the learning environment. Duties will include, ensuring students are able to use the equipment and resources provided, motivating and encouraging the students, assisting students with access to transportation and establishing a supportive and constructive relationship with the students concerned and interact according to individual needs
