Harris Primary Academy Chafford Hundred is a large primary school with over 650 pupils on roll. It is a three-form entry school with a 52 place nursery. The school was graded as Good by Ofsted in May 2014 and is now on the pathway to securing outstanding provision for all pupils.
We are looking for a qualified primary teacher to join our strong and supportive EYFS team, with excellent opportunities for progression and promotion as our academy continues to grow on its journey towards outstanding.
We are interested in hearing from teachers at any stage, whether NQT, experienced teacher or those looking for subject leadership and senior roles.
What we are looking for:
•QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree

For NQTs, we provide our highly successful Harris Federation NQT programme where you will train alongside other NQTs from across the Federation. This enables aspiring teachers to support and learn from each other, in the true collaborative spirit of Harris. There is a structure of support and challenge with customised professional learning, and every NQT has a professional mentor.
