Future Academies is an educational charity and Multi-Academy Trust, regulated by the Department for Education. Built around a small family of innovative and ambitious schools in central London. The Trust boasts a proven track record of effective school improvement while transforming the lives of young people. Alongside our five academies, the Trust is well supported by the Outstanding Pimlico-London SCITT and the new, innovative and research based Curriculum Centre

This role is ideal for a senior leader in a school (Assistant or Deputy Head) who wants to look for wider opportunities to develop student’s cultural literacy through curriculum enrichment and also to improve access for students to university and work.

We have extremely high ambitions for our pupils and believe that given the right support they can achieve great things. We must raise their aspirations so that they aim as high as possible. An inspirational leader with the ability to lead and shape the delivery of an effective and inclusive Raising Aspirations programme will ensure our pupils succeed beyond school.

This is a very exciting time as we build our central team. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills who will raise the aspirations and enhance employability skills for all pupils at Future Academies.

Outstanding organisational skills with a ‘hands on’ approach and experience in education is a must for this role.
