We are searching for an outstanding professional to join our team. Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire the College employs approximately 480 employees. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and transformational HR service to all our customers.

Strong, accurate generalist administrative skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment administration
Knowledge of learning and development administration
Excellent IT and data reporting skills
Confident ability to follow processes
Up to date knowledge of HR practice

Your role within the team will be to provide HR administration for Learning & Development and Employment Cycle processes. You will support the HR Business Partner – Employee
Development in ensuring smooth running of core HR and L&D activities whilst pro-actively driving cultural and organisational change towards a HR business partnering model of HR delivery.
Excellent literacy and communications skills are essential.
