You will provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team facilitating the on boarding process.
£23.5k - £35K basic salary

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the planning and delivery of a range of programmes within the subject area and named accounts
Support assessors working in your area
Deliver consistently good (aiming for outstanding) training and assessment within the curriculum through an effective variety of teaching and learning activities
Manage the process of accessing ALS support where needed following inductions
Undertake mentoring and monthly 1-2-1 meetings with assessors allocated to your named accounts. Review with Account Manager and also consider CPD, Back to the Floor, Training and LIIF support needs
Carry out development observations on assessors in Hart L&D, providing the relevant paperwork and record keeping in compliance with the quality team
Internally verify learners assessed work as required by the organisation and awarding body regulations.
Manage the Internal Quality Assurance programme for Health and Care
Provide monthly learner progress data to Account Manager for named accounts
Manage and support assessors through the recruitment, sign up and induction of learners in named areas.
Ensure high standards of Health & Safety at all times in accordance with regulations and Hart Group policy, notifying the line manager or appropriate manager of any risks.
Drive assessors to aim for 90% student attendance and timely success in line with key performance expectations.
Support BA apprentice to undertake administrative duties related to the department.
Drive quality through creation of online portfolio plans and resources
Engage and communicate with Sales Team regarding new opportunities in your general area
Complete Tracker & Sales Pipeline documents for team and Account Manager
Maintain a strong SharePoint site
Support Account Manager with EV visits
Be able to travel to meet client requirements (national accounts)
Attend meetings with internal and external clients
Be prepared to work some evenings as required
The necessary skillset and experience to plan and deliver outstanding training programmes and workshops.
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification
Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy
Assessor qualification (ideally verifier too)
Relevant teacher training qualifications are desirable.
The necessary experience, skills and personal qualities to develop outstanding relationships with both internal and external clients.
The necessary skills to observe students / apprentices in their workplace, providing support and guidance to enable them to gain their desired qualifications.
The experience to know when and how to make interventions to ensure student progress is successful and sustainable.
High ethical and professional standards with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external clients.
A sound knowledge of a range of IT applications including online portfolio systems.
An ability to identify commercial opportunities to maximise income within the department in line with the college’s strategic plan.
Strong communication skills and ability to support and lead others
