You will recruit learners from various referral organisations onto employability and traineeship programmes across Herts, Beds and Bucks.
£23-25K basic salary
Contributory Pension Scheme

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with JCPs, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify young people who could benefit from our programmes, particularly Traineeships and Apprenticeships across Herts, Beds & Bucks.
Consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPI’s through high standards of performance in-line with business expectations
Develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them
Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems
Work within the welfare to work industry to deliver specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures to potential learners who face disadvantages in relation to employment.
Identify individual client motivators to ensure high numbers of enrolments and use motivational, barrier removal and action planning techniques to manage the progression of clients onto programmes and then onto sustainable employment.
Proven track record in engagement with unemployed people
Excellent communicator, possessing ability to communicate with many people on many different levels
Able to interact with potential learners using various methods, including, face to face meetings and events, social media, and over the telephone
Target driven and passionate about results, with a proven track record of exceeding learner engagement targets
Customer centric in everything you do
